Catherine's journey at Omega Medical started as a Candidate Care Consultant in Jan 2018. I was responsible for the logistical management of locum placements. Her daily activities included organising travel, compliance, administrative tasks, and liaising with our doctors and clients. She was constantly managing various requirements, ensuring that the multitude of deadlines were delivered seamlessly.

 

In Oct 2021, she transitioned into a Para Consultant position sourcing Physicians, Radiologists and Surgeons for locum availability and working together with a Recruitment Consultant. 

 

In Aug 2022, she became a Recruitment Consultant, helping Radiologists and Physicians with locum roles Australia-wide into hospitals and clinics.

 

With her experience within these 3 roles, she understands the start-to-end process of the recruitment journey. She believes in an honest and friendly approach, ensuring she delivers a high level of service to both clients and candidates.
