Molly works across the Victoria Nursing division, bringing recruitment experience from both the UK and Australia. She began her recruitment career straight out of school through an apprenticeship as a Recruitment Resourcer for an aged care company in the UK, before progressing into temporary agency recruitment across aged care in both the UK and Australia.

Molly grew up around recruitment, with her mum running her own healthcare recruitment agency. Being exposed to the industry from a young age gave her an early understanding of how recruitment works and sparked her interest in the field long before she started her own career. With experience across both the UK and Australian healthcare sectors, Molly understands the importance of building strong relationships with candidates and clients. She takes the time to listen, understand what matters to each individual and find opportunities that are the right fit for everyone involved.
