Facility Manager – Aged Care

We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Facility Manager to lead a well-established residential aged care home. This is a key leadership role responsible for operational performance, clinical governance support, team development, and ensuring exceptional care outcomes for residents.

The Role
You will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the facility, ensuring:
- Ongoing compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- High occupancy and strong financial performance
- A positive, engaged and high-performing workforce
- Exceptional resident experience and clinical outcomes
- Continuous quality improvement and audit readiness

About You
Essential:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership or facility management role
- Strong background in quality and compliance
- Solid understanding of financial and operational management
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams
- A values-based leadership style with integrity, respect and accountability
Highly regarded:
- Experience in residential aged care
- Exposure to aged care funding and accreditation processes
- Strong understanding of clinical governance frameworks and health metrics
