The Role
Our client is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their hospital-based team in Regional VIC. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload within a public health setting, working across inpatient and/or community programs depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:

Completing comprehensive functional assessments

Delivering evidence-based interventions across acute and subacute settings
-
Discharge planning and equipment prescription
-
Conducting home assessments where required
-
Supporting patients to maximise independence and safe community reintegration
-
Collaborating within a multidisciplinary hospital team

Managing documentation in line with public health requirements

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy

Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)

Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Current driver’s licence (preferred)
