Client Description
- A registered NDIS provider and allied health practice focused on holistic, personalized care and occupational therapy
About the Roles
- Conduct functional assessments and therapy interventions
- Support participants to improve independence and daily living skills
- Provide assistive technology and home modification recommendations
- Develop person-centred therapy plans aligned with participant goals
- Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Complete reports and clinical documentation for funding bodies
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for person-centred and strengths-based care
- Current driver’s license
- Relevant clearances including NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and Police Check
