Client Description

  • A national network of over 40 allied health businesses operating across 450+ locations throughout Australia. We combine the support, development opportunities and clinical governance of a large organisation with the community focus and flexibility of independent clinics.
  • Our clinics operate as genuine multidisciplinary teams. Occupational therapists work alongside physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, podiatrists, dietitians, and social workers — not just sharing a building, but actively coordinating care and learning from each other every day.
  • We work across DVA, Medicare, NDIS, Home Care Packages, private health, and workers’ compensation funding, giving our clinicians breadth in their caseload and genuine variety in their week.

Requirements

  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility for registration).
  • A recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • A genuine patient-oriented focus, with effective listening and empathy.
  • Evidence-based best practice delivered to the best of your abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as part of an integrated team.
  • The ability to prioritise, triage and organise within and between treatment sessions.
  • The ability to develop appropriate treatment plans and protocols for a range of conditions.
  • The ability to meet patients on their level, build rapport and establish an effective therapeutic alliance.
  • Diligence, honesty and integrity towards patients, the clinic and the team — treating everyone with dignity, respect and the benefit of the doubt.
  • Excellent presentation, punctuality and a positive attitude.
  • A commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Completion of all relevant paperwork, including calls to third parties and GP correspondence
