Relevant clinical experience in your field

Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities

Strong time management, documentation, and administrative skills

Ability to manage a diverse team and supervise staff with varying experience

Skills in clinical QA, CPD planning, and team development

Proficiency in managing workload, KPIs, and clinical/non-clinical tasks

Sound understanding of NDIS processes and stakeholder communication
