Referral Bonus
We value the relationships we build with healthcare professionals and understand that many of our connections come through introductions from colleagues. To show our appreciation for your referrals, we offer a refer a friend bonus.
When you refer a colleague to Omega Medical and they join our team, we’ll send you a $500 voucher (and up to $1000*). You can choose from a wide range of stores to use your voucher.
Your support and trust mean a lot to us, and this is our way of saying thank you for helping us grow our network with outstanding professionals like you.

*note - we occasionally offer double referral bonus - up to $2000.

Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility Criteria
- Referrals must be candidates who:
- Are not currently registered with Omega, and
- Have not worked with Omega Medical in the past 24 months
- Permanent placements must occur within 6 months of referral date
- All referral bonus milestones (days or hours worked) must be completed within 24 months of the referred candidate’s initial introduction to Omega Medical (being the date the referral is received and recorded by Omega Medical). If the required thresholds are not met within this period, the referral bonus will not be payable.
2. Referral Bonus Payments
Locum - Doctors
- Referrers will receive a $500 Prezzee voucher after the referred candidate completes 20 days of work (or 160 hours).
- An additional $500 Prezzee voucher will be paid after the referred candidate completes 40 days of work (or 320 hours), for a total of $1000 in vouchers if both milestones are met.
- Referrers can choose to receive the $500 in two separate Prezzee vouchers or wait to receive the full $1000 once the candidate completes 40 days of work.
Temp – Nursing
- Referrers will receive a $500 Prezzee voucher after the referred candidate completes 300 hours.
- An additional $500 Prezzee voucher will be paid after the referred candidate completes 600 hours, for a total of $1000 in vouchers if both milestones are met.
- Referrers can choose to receive the $500 in two separate Prezzee vouchers or wait to receive the full $1000 once the candidate completes these hours of work.
Permanent
A candidate must have passed their probation period in order for a $500 referral bonus (voucher) to be paid.
Locum – Doctors
- $500 after 20 days (160 hours)
- Additional $500 after 40 days (320 hours)
Temp – Nursing
- $500 after 300 hours
- Additional $500 after 600 hours
Permanent
- $500 paid after successful probation completion
3. Voucher Details
- Prezzee Smart eGift Card
- Must be activated within 3 months
- Valid for 36 months

5. General Terms
- Omega Medical reserves the right to amend or terminate the scheme
- All disputes will be resolved at Omega Medical’s discretion
- Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms
