Rachel has over 13 years of administrative compliance experience and she has thoroughly enjoyed working at Omega Medical since first joining in 2016. Her role is to ensure the credentialing process is as seamless as possible for both our doctors and clients, whilst also ensuring Omega are staying ahead with the continual changes of compliance. No two days are ever the same, which is one of the things she enjoys most about her job.

Over the years, she has formed some great relationships with many of our doctors and clients. She has also been fortunate enough to have worked with some of the best consultants in the industry, which has allowed her to work with various types of doctors, from Registrars to GPs, Physicians to Orthopaedic Surgeons, Psychiatrists to Ophthalmologists, etc.
