Liv first discovered her love for recruitment while working in retail management and quickly realised she wanted to pursue it as a full-time career. Over the past three years, she has worked as a recruitment consultant, placing early childhood teachers across Australasia and later sales assistants for a large hospitality company. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong appreciation for building genuine relationships and earning the trust of both candidates and clients.

What she enjoys most about recruitment is supporting candidates through what can often be a stressful process and finding ways to make it as smooth — and even enjoyable — as possible. She is now excited to bring this people-focused approach to the medical sector, supporting junior doctors with temporary contracts across Australia and ensuring each placement is carefully tailored to their needs for a truly rewarding experience.
