With a background in Biochemistry, Niamh always had a natural curiosity for how things work, especially when it comes to people and the systems that support them. That foundation has shaped her approach to recruitment, where she brings both analytical thinking and a people-first mindset to putting her nurses into the most suitable contract for them.
She has over three years of experience in recruitment, including roles in adult and family services, and now specialises in agency nurse recruitment. Along the way, she developed a strong understanding of how to match the right people with the right roles, focusing not just on skills, but also on values and motivation.
Each step in her journey, from science to recruitment, has strengthened her ability to connect with nurses and support them in finding the meaningful and impactful work that they set out to do. She is passionate about building lasting relationships, understanding what drives her nurses, thus helping hospitals to thrive.
