The Role
This role involves working with a diverse caseload of hand and upper limb conditions, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of hand and upper limb injuries and conditions
- Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans
- Fabricating and fitting splints where required
- Working both independently and collaboratively within a clinical team
- Building strong relationships with patients to support long-term outcomes
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports
About You
- Demonstrated experience in hand therapy at an intermediate to advanced level
- Relevant registration/accreditation (e.g. AHPRA, ESSA or equivalent)
- Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on therapy skills, including splinting
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient care

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
