The Role
This role involves working with a diverse caseload of hand and upper limb conditions, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of hand and upper limb injuries and conditions
  • Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans
  • Fabricating and fitting splints where required
  • Working both independently and collaboratively within a clinical team
  • Building strong relationships with patients to support long-term outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in hand therapy at an intermediate to advanced level
  • Relevant registration/accreditation (e.g. AHPRA, ESSA or equivalent)
  • Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on therapy skills, including splinting
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality patient care

Requirements

  • Working With Children Check (as per state requirements)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
