About the Role
We are seeking Occupational Therapists to support NDIS participants across a mixed caseload of adults and paediatrics.
This is a community-based role where no two days are the same. You will work across a variety of settings including homes, schools, workplaces, and community environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions
- Managing a diverse caseload across both adult and paediatric participants
- Developing tailored therapy plans aligned with participant goals and NDIS outcomes
- Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team
- Building strong relationships with participants, families, and support networks
- Participating in regular team meetings, supervision, and mentoring
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- General registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A flexible and positive approach to work
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
- A valid driver’s licence
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
Experience within disability or NDIS settings is desirable, but not essential.
