About the Opportunity

The Role
In this role, you will deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services, supporting clients across a range of needs while maintaining high clinical and professional standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning based on client needs and medical history
  • Delivering clear, accurate communication to clients and stakeholders regarding clinical findings and care plans
  • Utilising appropriate assessment tools and evidence-based interventions
  • Referring to and collaborating with other health professionals when required
  • Managing a varied caseload and adapting interventions to suit individual client goals
  • Maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and reports
  • Providing reports to referrers and relevant stakeholders within required timeframes

Clinical & Professional Development

  • Ongoing commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
  • Participation in peer reviews, mentoring, and performance appraisals

  • Exposure to a broad and evolving clinical landscape within occupational therapy

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
  • Current (or eligible for) AHPRA registration
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice
  • Confident using clinical systems and technology
