About the Role

We are seeking Occupational Therapists to support NDIS participants across a mixed caseload of adults and paediatrics.

This is a community-based role where no two days are the same. You will work across a variety of settings including homes, schools, workplaces, and community environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions
  • Managing a diverse caseload across both adult and paediatric participants
  • Developing tailored therapy plans aligned with participant goals and NDIS outcomes
  • Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team
  • Building strong relationships with participants, families, and support networks
  • Participating in regular team meetings, supervision, and mentoring

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • General registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A flexible and positive approach to work
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development
  • A valid driver’s licence
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check

Experience within disability or NDIS settings is desirable, but not essential.
