With a background in Biochemistry, I’ve always had a natural curiosity for how things work, especially when it comes to people and the systems that support them. That foundation has shaped my approach to recruitment, where I bring both analytical thinking and a people-first mindset to putting my nurses into the most suitable contract for them.
I have over three years of experience in recruitment, including roles in adult and family services, and now specialise in agency nurse recruitment. Along the way, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how to match the right people with the right roles, focusing not just on skills, but also on values and motivation.
Each step in my journey, from science to recruitment, has strengthened my ability to connect with nurses and support them in finding the meaningful and impactful work that they set out to do. I’m passionate about building lasting relationships, understanding what drives my nurses, and helping hospitals to thrive.
