Full-time radiologists practising in Australia can earn a salary ranging from $250,000 to $400,000– depending on their experience and the facility. 


However, locum radiologists can make between $2500 and $3500 per day.

What are the requirements to get medical imaging jobs in Australia?

Every Australian-trained radiologist practising in Australia must be a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists [RANZCR]. 


Overseas-trained radiologists who have undergone similar training may practise as well, but only after taking a Specialist Assessment.
